Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
NeuralForge is run by one person and is built to collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what does get collected, what doesn't, and who has access.
What we collect
When you make a purchase
Checkout is handled by Lemonsqueezy, the merchant of record. Lemonsqueezy collects your email address, billing information, and payment details to process the transaction, deliver the product, issue receipts, and handle tax. We do not see or store your full payment information. After the sale, we can see your order email and the product you bought — that's it.
Lemonsqueezy's data handling is described in their privacy policy.
When you sign up for the newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions are managed by Buttondown. We store only the email address you submit, and use it solely to send you announcements about new products and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email. See Buttondown's privacy policy for their handling.
When you visit the site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and infrastructure-level analytics. These logs are retained per Cloudflare's policies and are not used by NeuralForge for individual tracking.
Aggregate analytics (pageviews by URL, country, referrer) come from Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no individual tracking. We use this only to understand which pages are getting visited.
When you contact us
If you email hello@neuralforge.io, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation.
What we don't do
- We don't use behavioral or advertising cookies
- We don't build profiles on visitors
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone
- We don't share data with advertisers or data brokers
- We don't run third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, etc.)
Who has access
Only the operator of NeuralForge, plus the named processors above (Lemonsqueezy, Buttondown, Cloudflare) under their respective terms. No third party gets your data for marketing or advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what data we hold about you
- Export or correct that data
- Delete your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements for completed purchases)
- Unsubscribe from emails (one click from any email, or by request)
Email hello@neuralforge.io for any of these. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
NeuralForge is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted data through the site, please email us and we'll delete it.
International users
If you visit from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the U.S. or wherever our processors operate. By using the site you consent to this transfer. Where applicable, you have rights under GDPR (EU/UK) or similar regimes — the rights listed above apply to you regardless of where you live.
Updates to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage briefly.
