Terms of Service

NeuralForge.io ("NeuralForge," "we," "us") is a solo digital product storefront. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the site and any purchases you make. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

Who runs this

NeuralForge is operated by a single individual based in the United States. There is no company behind it, no investors, no employees. When you email hello@neuralforge.io, you reach the same person who built the products.

What you can do here

Browse the catalog, read about products, sign up for the newsletter, and buy digital products. Each product page describes what's included and what you're paying for. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NeuralForge, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. By buying a product you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Lemonsqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record for sales on NeuralForge. Lemonsqueezy handles checkout, payment, tax collection, receipts, and digital file delivery. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction itself.

When you buy a product, you get a license to use it — see the Product License Terms for what that license covers. You do not own the underlying intellectual property, only the right to use it.

Refunds

Digital products are non-returnable by nature, but we offer refunds in specific circumstances. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or its products for anything illegal, infringing, or harmful to others
• Reverse-engineer the site itself, scrape it at volume, or attempt to disrupt its operation
• Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased products (the License Terms cover what you can and can't do with each product)
• Use purchased content to train machine-learning models without explicit written permission
• Misrepresent yourself when contacting us or making a purchase

Intellectual property

The site, brand, name "NeuralForge," logo, copy, and all products sold here are the intellectual property of the operator unless explicitly stated otherwise. Buying a product gives you a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers

The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product will meet your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of NeuralForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any purchased product. Total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question (or USD $50, whichever is greater).

Termination

We can suspend or revoke your access — including your right to use a purchased product — if you materially breach these Terms. In such cases no refund is owed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage briefly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction there.
