Refund Policy

We'd rather have a satisfied customer than a disputed charge. If a NeuralForge product isn't what you expected, here's how we handle it.
The short version
All products on NeuralForge are digital goods delivered instantly. Because of that, all sales are generally final — but we'll refund you in any of the cases below within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked beyond verifying the order.
When we'll refund
Email us within 14 days of purchase if any of these apply:
- The product is broken, doesn't function as described, or you can't access what you paid for
- You were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged in error
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded or used it
- Material misrepresentation on the product page — what you got differs significantly from what was promised
When we won't refund
To be upfront about it, these usually don't qualify:
- You changed your mind after using or downloading the product
- "Buyer's remorse" more than 14 days after purchase
- The product works as described but doesn't fit your specific use case (read the product page carefully before buying)
- You've already substantially used the product (e.g., implemented a template in your workflow, played a game multiple times)
Edge cases happen — if your situation isn't clearly in either list above, email us anyway. We'll work it out.
How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@neuralforge.io with:
- Your order number (in your Lemonsqueezy receipt)
- The email address you used to purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed by Lemonsqueezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days.
What happens to your license
When a refund is processed, your license to use the refunded product ends. You agree to delete any copies, files, or derived materials from your devices.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost both of us — and there's no situation where contacting us first won't get the issue resolved faster than your bank can. We will always try to resolve a legitimate concern.
The spirit of the policy
We're one person who wants to build a reputation for fair dealing, not a corporation optimizing for retention metrics. If you've got a legitimate problem, we'll sort it. If you've used the product extensively and are looking for free use, that's not what this policy is for. Common sense both ways.
